Monitoring programme

 

A programme of lake monitoring will be carried out during the project to assess the impacts of the project on the lake and the surrounding area.  This will include the monitoring of;

 

 

water chemistry,

vegetation,

Marl crusts,

key species populations,

the impacts of short-term weather events,

and aquatic invertebrates.
